We work directly with whoever will own the platform afterwards (a data lead, a CTO, or a founder acting as both), on fixed-scope, outcome-priced engagements delivered in single-week increments rather than multi-month programmes.

What a first call covers

The call is 30 minutes, free, with no slides. You bring your current stack, the pain points you already know about, and your timeline. We pressure-test where the cost and the risk sit, and you leave with three things: the highest-leverage move to make next, a rough sizing of it (ROI, risk and a realistic timeline), and which engagement fits, if any. You sign nothing on the call, and you need no preparation beyond being able to describe your stack.
